Everything went good with the roof replacement. L.A Roofing LLC did a good job, and I got the golden pledge warranty on the roof. When they first put the new roof on they said that having an attic fan was perfectly fine, but then they came out to inspect and said they needed to put a ridge vent on the roof instead of a fan to honor the guarantee. Other than that, their work was absolutely fine, their pricing was great and what they promised me came through wholeheartedly. It's just this warranty stuff that caused a little problem, but it's not a huge deal. They used GAF Lifetime shingles for the installation. So if anything goes wrong there's no labor charge. They were kind of surprised because they normally do these roofs and they never had a problem where they needed to put a ridge vent in. Everybody else that gave me quote also said that having an attic fan is better than having a ridge vent which also what Luis said. So they were surprised when they were told they needed to install a ridge vent.

L.A Roofing LLC did a good job replacing my 20-year old roof. I needed to have a complete replacement of the asphalt shingles, sheathing, insulation and ventilation of my 1200 sq ft home. I was happy with their work; they were professional and finished the project on time.

I changed the roof tile type three times in the last day which Luis took in stride. They completed the install in one day as guaranteed and did a thorough clean up. The owner was really responsive, and they took a lot of care with protecting everything and picking up debris when they were done. They worked quickly and got it all done in one day. The work includes a warranty, too. So far we haven't found any leaks. so they seem to have done a good job. We would have them again.
